Returns & Exchanges.

We understand everyone’s skin is different, and Face Lounge Skincare cannot guarantee our products will meet each individual's needs. Face Lounge Skincare products use medical-grade, dermatologist-tested, active ingredients, which may not be compatible with all individual skin types. Each product's description provides extensive information about our products, formulations and ingredients, so that customers may make informed decisions regarding their purchase. Before using each product per that products daily instructions, we recommend that customers test a small area of skin before applying to the entire desired area to ensure no irritation occurs.

RETURNS

New and used products purchased from faceloungeskincare.com and faceloungeaz.com can be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, please review the following requirements for online purchases:

  • Product(s) must be returned within the 30 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond 30 days of the original order date will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address on the original order.

  • Packaging and mailing of returned products are fully the customer's responsibility. Face Lounge Skincare does not offer return shipping labels, returns boxes or packaging and will not reimburse for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping products back to our facility.

  • Face Lounge Skincare reserves the right to deny a product return request returned to our facility that fails to meet our return requirement guidelines.

REFUNDS
Once the product(s) have been returned to our facility, the refund process will begin. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges, gift card, cash, checks or any other form of payment/refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES
Face Lounge Skincare currently does not offer any exchanges of products. Unwanted items may be returned per the Return Policy above and any replacement/new products will require a separate/new sale.
